Established in 1995 we are a foundry based in Kent, in the south east of England. Sand casting components in either magnesium or aluminium alloys, mostly for applications in motorsport or related industries. We sand cast components such as wheels, gearboxs, bellhousings, sumps, crankcases, cylinder heads, cylinder barrels, crankcases, and much much more

However, motorsport is not our only market, we also supply castings for electronics, aviation, defence, and experiemental prototypes, to customers who find the qualities of a foundry specialising in motorsport highly desirable.

We cast all the main magnesium alloys e.g. AZ81, AZ91, RZ5, MSR-B, upto a casting weight of 160kg (excluding runners & risers).

Similarly we cast most aluminium alloys e.g. LM25, LM4, LM0, LM6, L155, L169, etc upto a casting weight of 120kg

As required we carry out penetrant flaw detection (PFD) crack testing, radiographic examination (X-Ray), chemical analysis, and tensile analysis according to customer specifications.
